Positive: We enjoyed our stay at H10. The location was great and very central. Two staff members truly stood out and made our stay memorable. First and foremost, Marcella was a real treasure. Barcelona was the first city to welcome us upon landing in Spain, so first impressions were important, and she was the one who really made a mark with her warmth, smile, and kindness. She took the time to make us feel like valued guests and made the hotel’s hospitality shine. Diego was lovely as well. When we first arrived, there were no rooms available, and I noticed later that he had made an effort to check the system to see if our room was ready, knowing we were tired from a red-eye flight. I appreciate those little attention to details. The servers at the breakfast buffet were also so lovely, especially the sweet Filipina lady who greeted us each morning. It was such a warm and wonderful way to conclude our stay

Negative: One thing that could be improved is the room’s noise isolation — I could hear everything from housekeeping in the next room to other guests talking. However, I didn’t hear anything from the cars outside.

Summary: Great way to kick off our Spain trip!

Negative: I felt for the money paid that the room was quite small there wasn’t a chair to sit on as there wasn’t enough space to put one so you had to sit on the bed - I also felt the breakfast was too expensive

Positive: Best hotel we stayed at in Spain. Room, bed and bathroom were larger than we got at other hotels. Plenty of room to lay stuff out. Rooftop bar was great! Staff was very helpful.

Negative: Nothing I can think of.

Positive: Everything was great. Comfortable room, spacious bathroom, friendly staff, and that breakfast... we’ll be crying over those croissants and orange juice. Excellent selection for every taste.

Negative: We could complain a little about the creaking of the neighboring door, which sounded as if someone was stepping into our room. Also, we couldn’t quite figure out the temperature control — it was cool during the day and hot at night. But these were really very minor inconveniences.
