Positive: We've had an amazing stay. The staff was very kind, the breakfast is extensive (and delicious) and the hotel's location is very convenient. We could walk to many places.

Positive: The location to Petra was perfect. It was such a quick walk to and from the main entrance.

Negative: WiFi didn’t work, electricity went out during morning hours - breakfast was in the dark and the hallways were dark. Those are first world problems though. Overall, everything was fine.

Negative: All was very comfortable and staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
