Summary: The staff were welcoming and accommodating when I arrived and valet service was reliable. Carpets greatly stained (huge bleach stains), issues with housekeeping not coming (room wasn’t cleaned even once during my stay despite multiple follow ups with staff), no follow up was provided when they said they would speak to the manager about it, the food from the restaurant (pizza) was very expensive, took over an hour to arrive, and was awful quality, almost inedible. I couldn’t finish it. I didn’t bother complaining because my other issues were ignored so I figured there would be no point. Hotel was in a nice location and was very secure at night. The bar was classy, but could use much dimmer lights. Staff were helpful when it came to my checkout and helped carry all my bags to the
