Positive: We really appreciate the help from the young Frenchman who works nights. He was so kind and helpful. The room was nice, and the location is perfect!

Negative: Dust on shelves and windows sills. So petty, but I want to pass it along.

Positive: Great location. Quiet but close to everything, including the lake. Our room was nice and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay every much.

Positive: Excellent location in the middle of the city. All major sites are easily accessible by foot. Surprisingly the soundproofing from the street and adjoining rooms were great-heard nothing. All the staff were very friendly, attentive. Onsite restaurant was also excellent - food, staff, and service. Very comfy bed and nicely furnished room.

Negative: The bathroom amenities were lacking. There is liquid handsoap in a pump by the sink and one container in the shower that is intended as a combined shampoo and bodywash, but not great for hair. I would recommend bringing your own shampoo/conditioner, and if you use body lotion, to bring that too. If you are looking to use the room for work, it is not an ideal office set up, as the counter to be used for the desk is too high for the chair.
