Summary: We were met by the owner at check in. He is also the chef for the restaurant. He took time to explain the hotel and restaurant food options. The hotel is very nice. We were given a mini-suite with a balcony. Would stay again in a heart beat.

Summary: Our stay at Hôtel restaurant Beim Schlass was short but very very sweet. We arrived a little later than planned but that was no issue. My mother is in a wheelchair and once they seen her they moved us to a closer floor and even lifted her (in the wheel chair) up the flight of stairs. Amazing customer service. The hotel itself is stunning. Very clean and quiet. Highly recommend.

Summary: This was one of the best hotels we stayed at on our trip to Europe. The room was large and clean. The property appeared to be well maintained. We had no problem with parking. We do plan on coming back.
