Positive: Really good staff. Comfy room. Great breakfast - just what was needed to set you up for the day. Excellent location, as you could walk to a number of the sights within 30-40 minutes. Metro line just around the corner for sights further afield.

Negative: Refurbished bathroom was lovely, but a large shower, instead of a bath, may be better - not very easy to get out of.

Positive: Location (central and next to many restaurants and public transportation), good size of room. Nice breakfast variety

Negative: Stayed at the hotel for 4 days in Jan-Feb 2026. Already on first night we realized the fridge was not working and that the room temperature was very warm. We notified the reception and were told they were going to fix it. During our stay the issue was not fixed nor we were given another alternative room. We kept food/drinks outside the window (really cold temperatures during winter) since we could not count on fridge. Were later told that the room temperature was centrally regulated, so not possible to manually adjust (not sure what that manual temperature regulator was doing at the wall from our room then… in any case it noisy and you could hear the AC during the night). More attention to repairing the fridge or offering another room would have given us a better experience overall.

Positive: The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the hotel is close to many touristic attractions. The customer service team was very helpful, and the hotel staff really took great care of me. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Paris.

Positive: The location is amazing and the room was of good size. The breakfast was good as well.

Negative: Was able to hear noises from the hallway so I would suggest bringing earplugs if you want to sleep late.
