Positive: Amazing location and access to the sea . Great beach, two excellent restaurants . The Michelin restaurant was outstanding . Great wine choice . The staff were very attentive .

Negative: The gym is poor for this property . It is due a bit of an update I. The common areas. Not a problem for us but lots of steps to the beach and the lift wasn’t working.

Summary: Fantastic break by the sea . Very foodie.

Positive: We had a wonderful time at Marinca together with my partner and our two dogs. The hotel is gorgeous and very well located with a wonderful beach! Staff of the hotel were really incredible and very kind and friendly - we have never been to a more dog friendly hotel anywhere else in the world before! The views were amazing, SPA was great and staff was very well trained. Rooms were new and bright and kept very clean with cleaning service twice a day. The hotel offers free valet service which was very convenient. Very good food and overall the facilities were amazing.

Negative: Great stay so little scope for improvement. Only the gym is rather small and not well equipped so this is one area of improvement. I didn’t always have water and had no cleaning wipes etc to use after exercising to wipe the machines. The room is great but the bathroom would get „flooded” after every shower, which could perhaps be improved.

Summary: Amazing property with excellent service! We will definitely come back!

Positive: Lovely staff who couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable and the views wonderful.

Negative: My wife struggled with the 180 steps from the beach to our room. The Paillote restaurant wasn’t great; (all meat dishes bien cuit). Lunch menu could have been different to evening menu with simpler dishes; salads, pizza etc

Positive: - really nice view - direct at the beach - beautiful garden with 3 small pools

Negative: - SUNBEDS on the beach are TO PAY - NO 5 STAR hotel feeling, its a very old hotel which was recently renovated, all the premesis are rather narrow (entrance, rooms, corridors, terrace…) - the whole corridor in the 1. basement was really smelling/stanky (i think according to much humiditiy, questionable mold?) - climatisation sometimes inefficient/at night sometimes there was also a bad smell in the room (smells like from canalisation…) - for about 500 euro/night in june without breakfast and sunbeds its absolutely overpaid in my opinion, in this price segment you normally get much better hotels
