Positive: Clean, beautiful and great spa/pool areas! Great towel dryer rack for swimwear as well.

Negative: Our sink was clogged and you cannot control the aircondition - meaning that in 30 Celsius weather it was still too hot inside.

Negative: I have never stayed at a hotel that the restaurant was closed absolute craziness you have a captive audience why would you send your customers away on a Sunday and Monday.Also get with the times bathers are bathers ,so 1930s not all of us want to wear our underpants in the pool

Positive: Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff friendly and helpful.

Negative: My only annoyance was that the hotel blocks a large sum of money on the credit card. For a 400chf stay, close to 800chf was blocked from my card for f&b apparently. I didn’t even have the option to choose a deposit amount or if I thought I’d consume at the hotel. Found that annoying. If it were a longer trip, it would have left me more cash strapped. Room had a musty smell, may the carpet was wet before we arrived.
