Summary: We have stayed here about 6 times over the past 4 years. The location is convenient and it’s an easy walk to the shopping area and restaurants. The hotel is quiet and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are a bit dated and could use a bit of a refresh. My only complaint is the air conditioning units aren’t very effective and are very noisy.

Summary: Rather disappointed with the whole experience from checking in right up to departure. Thr pool was fulthy, our shower was broken, and telephone didnt work. Found the staff rather unfriendly and the hotel itself is just a cheap hotel trying to pretend it is fancy with chrome and lights

Summary: Check in was long and not very friendly. No pointing out stairs, pool, elevators etc. Restaurant was tasty but overpriced. I was very excited to stop here after a long travel day and overall was let down. There are hotels closer to the water I’d look into those.

Summary: It was a nice stay. I have some complaints, one the extra charge that we didn't know about and having to use a visa card for that charge. We like using our bank card for hotels and that wasn't allowed. The shower water pressure was awful and our shower head would not stay up, at one point it fell in my son's head. But other then that the hotel was beautiful clean and the bed was comfortable
