Positive: The staff were excellent, including the friendly guy at reception who was flawlessly switching between languages to welcome different guests, and the enthusiastic restaurant manager with his very cheery attitude! Dinner was exceptional - they had no problem catering to a food intolerance, and every dish for both of us was 10/10 - highly recommended!

Negative: There were some big gaps where the panel flooring had been laid, and the shower base leaked. Our room was near the elevator so it was rather noisy at times. Also, the shower gel - I know it was meant to be something else but it smelled exactly like green capsicum! Very strange!
