Positive: Nice small hotel - really friendly welcome - room very clean - super breakfast - close to railway station 25 minutes to Montparnasse - would definitely stay here again - very good value.

Negative: Some lighting on the stairs would be very much appreciated when returning late.

Summary: Really enjoyed our stay in nice small hotel very close to RER station.
