Summary: The hotel was clean, quiet and reasonably priced. There are not a lot of alternative places to stay in Florac, so I was happy with my choice of Hotel des Gorges du Tarn. The one disappointment was the dinner and breakfast. Both are overpriced. However, not many alternatives and so they have a captive clientele.

Summary: Good locatuion for starting the Gorge drive, but the town itself looks old and dirty which was disappointing. many rundown buildings old and disused. Hotel pictures give a slightly false impression of being more in the country when in fact on a main street, but no traffic noise. Staff were great and the rooms clean and comfortable

Summary: Our all too short stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect - the location was peaceful, the staff pleasant and helpful, the restaurant staff very skilled, the food STUPENDOUS and the decor of the hotel stunning! An all round wonderful experience.

Summary: The restaurant offers a good variety of food of very good quality. Our room was in the annexe and was immaculately clean and comfortable.
