Positive: The room was lovely and the pool was delightful

Negative: We had to ask for a maid service twice and was made to feel like we were being difficult. The location is very remote and not near Bezier as described.

Positive: This was our 2nd visit to Village Castigno. We felt really welcome, all the staff are always so friendly. Both pools are always clean and comfortable beds to lie on and sunbathe. We also did the cellar tour at the cave which was incredible value for money. We paid €9 euros each for a 1 hour tour. It was brilliant, you also get to taste some amazing wines at the end.

Negative: Shame that pool snacks and food are no longer available on the menu as we really enjoyed ordering the cheese and charcuterie board and an ice cream now and then. We were devastated to find out La Table De Castigno had closed.

Summary: Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing holiday with delicious wine and food.

Positive: Comfortable bed.

Negative: Distance from Reception. No café/bar in village. Room was pleasant and warm, but felt it wasn't really our sort of place. It seemed that it was more 'form over function'. Quite isolated.
