Summary: This hotel located in a very good location. Good hot water, A/C, needs more English channels. The breakfast is very good, more choices, staff always there to help you. Always we got good thick new towels. Front desk lady arranged a vehicle for us to go to Morndava and Kindley forest for reasonable price. Our driver Freddi took care of us finding hotels and driving safely. We had another driver also for the Lemur Park. We had upgrade and gifts. Second time or room carpet needs shampooing. We will stay again in this hotel!

Summary: It is very important to understand that this hotel has an old and the new part of the hotel. With Expedia booking I was booked in the old part of the hotel, which is pretty old and it doesn't deserve to be on your booking page. Having said that I was unlucky/lucky that I didn't have water for the first evening and night and after that incident they moved me into the new part of the hotel, which was pretty nice. What Expedia needs to assure is that your bookings are always related to the new part of the hotel, as the old part isn't recommended at all, hence my average ratings for everything.
