Positive: The hotel is an 20 min walk from Eurostar. Staff were hospitable and friendly. Good location for the event we were going to, not sure about sightseeing around Paris. Towels were clean and had bathroom toiletries. I 50/50 on would I stay again. was suitable for the reason we were going to Paris. comfortable bed.

Negative: Website slightly misleading, pictures taken of refurbished lobby then rooms. I was 1 occupant, so room & bathroom size were suitable for me. BUT not for a 2 occupants. Lift was the tiniest lift I have ever seen, but I was on 1st floor so didn't use. Hotel more of a high 2/ low 3 star. Rooms needs a paint refresh, marks on curtain, scuff on walls, tiles cracked, dust in corners. replace bathroom bins as was rusty. we were out for the day time. so just slept there.

Summary: Pleasant hotel, but please manage expectations from photos.
