Positive: Clean and nice hotel. Bed is very comfy. There is a SPA what I don’t use but you need to make an appointment. Nice AC was extremely hot in Paris.

Negative: For checkout, they wake you up one hour early because they send the cleaning staff to your room an hour before checkout. The bathroom sink looks nice, but when you wash your face, water splashes everywhere. They also tried to charge me twice for breakfast. I didn’t feel welcome at breakfast because of the staff, even though I paid for it. The neighborhood is very boring, with nothing interesting nearby. It’s definitely not my style, and I will never stay at 13arr again. As a business traveler, I also have a serious issue with the invoice. They were unable to provide me with a proper invoice, which is one of the main reasons I choose to stay in hotels. This was extremely disappointing.

Positive: Very good location - quiet and safe district, 5 minutes walking to metro station, bus stop just in front. Good size room, comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast (which is very seldom in Paris!). Noiseless air condition! Friendly stuff, wine machine downstairs, free drinking water near reception. Already 2nd time in this hotel - recommend it 100%.

Summary: One of the best for this price in Paris.
