Summary: Our second visit to this hotel as we were so impressed. The price doesn’t reflect the great quality! Only negatives this time were the delay with breakfast (for anyone in a rush) and one of the kid’s beds being under the tv ledge, my son was worried he would bump is head. A great night was had by al!

Summary: We booked a night in a family room, which, to our pleasant surprise, was actually a suite. The room was clean and well maintained, and the beds were comfortable. Although it is conveniently located near the motorway, the noise level was more than reasonable. There were two bathrooms — one with a toilet and sink, and one with a shower and sink — which was very convenient for our family of four. I found the bathrooms quite luxurious, especially after a bad experience in another hotel rated as four stars. Breakfast was also nice, with a good variety of sweet and savoury options and good coffee. The staff were kind and helpful, and overall, we had a really nice and restful time.

Summary: We stayed as a family for a night on the way down the south. It was very pleasant stay, with clean rooms, comfy bed and friendly staff. Would gladly visit again.

Summary: As usual AKENA Troyes was excellent in every way possible, have stayed 4 times on route to our home in montelimar and have not been disappointed at all , so clean and Freindly, fab breakfast and really comfortable lounge and bar area for relaxing

Summary: Great service from all staff. Lovely comfortable beds, slept so well. Great size family rooms and with a seperate WC. Nice and quiet rooms too even though close to a busy road, could not hear traffic noise.
