Summary: Booked two beds. Only one bed available when we arrived. Carpet in hallway was filthy. Room was very warm and could not adjust temperature. Window safety latch was broken but had to leave open in the ground floor due to room being too warm and a bad smell in the room. Water smelled bad. Didn't sleep well due to having to share a bed with my friend and heat in the room. Worst hotel stay on our trip. Very expensive. Location is convenient to airport.

Summary: This was my second stay here on my way hom. I'm VIP with hotel.com no upgrades, no complimentary glass of wine. Hourly charge to check out late. Towels shabby and sheets had several holes. Love that vibe but standards have fallen a bit. Restaurant is great, be sure to make reservations.

Summary: We showed up ahead of check in, as most flights to Iceland come in early. The staff was very nice, we stowed our stuff, and we were even able to grab a delicious breakfast before heading out to stave off our jet lag at the public pool in Keflavik. Highly recommend Hotel Berg as a wonderful place to start or end your stay in Iceland.

Summary: It was lovely to have a soaking pool and restaurant onsite. It was also very convenient to have free airport drop-off, as we had returned our car the night before. It was not cheap, but very little is in Iceland and the accommodations were worth it. I would definitely stay there again.

Summary: Check in staff was rude. When staff was asked for assistance with minor things they acted like it was a total inconvenience. The room had mold around the windows and the whole place steamed up when you showered. Overall not worth the price. I spend about 90 days a year in hotel rooms and this one missed the mark for the cost.
