Summary: Good things first: great location, junior staff were great, great pool, and a very well maintained garden. Bad things: 1. The lady called Corrinna brought us to our room and started writing down the costs/charges at check in. Everything went really quickly as she was ushering us whilst speaking french (minimum english) with her calculations. Somehow, we ended up paying her 475€ (2 nights, 2x2 breakfasts at 44€ per breakfast for two, again, suggested/pressured by her). We were supposed to pay only 350,4€ + 88€ breakfast which is equal to 438,4€. Somehow we ended up paying 475€. Our friends were also pressured into paying for breakfast. In addition, the woman took our blanket and the cushions away while we were out to dinner on our first night (we did not know why she would enter our room and do that in the evening). I felt like being watched. Weird feeling. Last but not least: the bed in our room has definitely passed its prime time in a couple of years. We couldn’t sleep well.

Summary: When we arrived, it was difficult to find where to check in. A large sign indicated “Reception” but when we got there the gates were locked and a message said to go to a restaurant 150 metres away to check-in. We got there and it was closed… We wandered around aimlessly until we saw a young man emerging from a building and we asked him. Fortunately for us he was involved with the hotel and was able to show us to our room which was very nice. The room was in an annexe across the road from the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic. The pool was fantastic and the staff were great. The hotel is a short 3 min walk from a small pebble beach. There are two restaurants nearby within a 3-5 min walk but you need to book in advance. You need a car to go to the nearest shop and bakery. It was very nice but there is not much to do in the town itself.

Summary: So comfortable and clean. The gardens and pool area are beautiful. And very close to walk to beach take boat trips and restaurants. Very Relaxing and the owners are family which makes ever detail special.

Summary: A very charming hotel with a true feel‑at‑home atmosphere and genuinely friendly staff. The room was spacious and came with a lovely terrace. The pool area was inviting and relaxing, and the breakfast was absolutely delightful.

Summary: Wow where to begin! From the minute we arrived at Hotel Escapade, (early might I add), we were treated like family. The property is beautiful, charming, and every detail was cared for. The rooms are spacious and picturesque. Corinne and her hardworking team were spectacular hosts, present and attentive, always making sure we were happy. The poolside breakfast is spectacular! It is only a short walk to a picturesque beach with several restaurants, making your stay feel truly special and relaxing. My fiancé and I came on the recommendation of friends, and we will be returning. 11/10 highly recommend!

Summary: Very old building with stone walls within the hotel. Private and charming. Great family run hotel. Pool and breakfast are awesome. Walk to the beach and a few restaurants and bars.

Summary: Wonderful hotel, beautiful hotel grounds and pool. We stayed in the family suite, really spacious and with amazing view. Super friendly and helpful hotel owners and really delicious breakfast. Close to the beach and restaurants. Hotel restaurant is closed. Highly recommend this hotel!!!

Summary: After running crazy all over Paris and other parts of France first, we couldn’t have picked a better place for “down time!” This family owned business, which is truly a “hidden gem” was well worth every second we were there. Each room is unique and warm and the landscaping was spectacular including the pool area which we enjoyed for the afternoon. Corinne, the owner and her son, Valentine were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home immediately. Breakfast was included with everything homemade and was absolutely delicious. We wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you again for such an amazing experience. 😊
