Positive: Absolutely amazing, everything waa amazing. Location was beautiful, it was very well set up and the wood heater was very cosy and warm. The view and atmosphere and furnishings were spot on. Absolutely 10 star spot.
Negative: Not having curtains in lounge, as the light was very bright through the day, having the option to close them would be better

Negative: The second bed, above the double bed in the second bedroom is more of a cot, not really a single bed.

Positive: Location was excellent, a short drive from Hobart airport and 20 minutes to a more than adequate supermarket range. Good area for exploring with the drive to Port Arthur and other scenic drives very accessible. The porperty was very well equipped and was clean. There was a small problem with some outside roofing coming loose from the very high winds. When this was reported to the managers it was addressed quickly and efficiently.
Negative: The kitchen bench is quite high, less suitable for shorter people. The wardrobe in the main bedroom was cluttered with a fan and vacuum cleaner so it was harder to hang clothes. There was only seating at the (high) kitchen bench for meals, which could be fixed by having a small round table on the living area (we brought the little round table in from outside and it was suitable, but a little rusty)

Positive: Amazing views with indoor and outdoor areas to relax. Homey making it feel like you lived there. Super comfy bed.
Negative: No real indoor dining space and the shower could use an update

Positive: Property is wonderful, the layout give everyone a view point of the ocean. Inside/outside it’s absolutely perfect. Multi purpose areas, comfy lounge chairs great.
Negative: Nothing- the entire property was exceptional.
