Summary: Brilliant b and b. We would happily stay here again. Bedroom was large and comfortable. Plenty of hot water for shower. Whole building was spotless. Hosts delightful. Breakfast delicious

Summary: We enjoyed our stay, our hosts were helpful, friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was superb, great choice and freshly prepared for us. The location was ideal for our needs. We can strongly recommend it.

Summary: This property is within easy reach of St Austell, Eden Project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan and very reasonably priced. The hosts were helpful and informative when we asked some questions, breakfast was great and there were some nice touches like the recycling bins and a customers fridge in the hallway. Also loved the sun terrace on the roof. In the room itself the shower was particularly impressive with immediate hot water and lots of space. However we only had bath towels rather than sheets which were not very absorbent. The beds also were not that comfortable and you can hear the springs popping when you lay on them. The tea/coffee tray also could have been more substantive. The biggest problem we had however was the radiator which could not be controlled from the room. On the first night it was on full blast on arrival when it had been 24C during the day and we had to ring down to get them to see to it which to their credit they sorted straight away. However on the second night we had the same problem, so this time we just opened all the windows! All in all a reasonable stay at a reasonable price.
