Summary: It was unique, a little hip/funky, beautiful, comfortable and well-situated in the middle of downtown Florence. I note that I could hear the bar and music, but the bar closed around 10:00, when I went to bed. It took a little while to get hot water, but then it was fine. There needs to be better instructions to operate the (useful!) electronic devices & it would help to tell people that registration is at the bar.

Summary: It was not very accessible. An elevator would've been nice to help get luggage up to the main level. Also, our room needed an extra mirror in the living space and better lighting. Most of the time there was no one around to ask questions, help, etc. A phone # is nice, but not like having a real person to talk with.

Summary: We adored our 2 night stay at The Gunrunner! The downtown Florence location was delightful. Easy to walk about this charming town. The uniqueness of this locally owned boutique hotel was worth the price. Exquisitely comfortable beds! Lovely gathering space that all rooms opened out onto. Rooftop deck was beautiful. Highly recommend!
