Positive: Lovely place! The host added a little xmas tree and left fresh berries for us. We had a chance to meet the hosts and they are very nice people!

Negative: Not very close to attractions to go on foot, but by car is a perfect spot. Nothing to complain.

Summary: Exactly as the pics. BEAUTIFUL forest at the backyard! Would definitely recommend!

Positive: The host was super accommodating with our late checkin. They made it seamless and stress free. They advised us on where we could dine when arriving late in the evening as many places closed early. There were a few eateries down the street or you could go a little further into town for more options. (We found a Thai food truck nearby, ‘Thai on the Fly’ that was delicious). The apartment is located on a quiet residential street, with the unit facing a lush green park. The inside was beautifully decorated and clean.

Positive: Just perfect for our 1 night stay to break the trip back to Auckland. Quiet location, just a short drive to the centre. Very good quality facilities, all well presented. Fascinating detail on how the place had evolvover the years and the personal touches put in by the owners. The info sheet made good reading. Definitely the sort of place we would be happy to stay in anytime.

Positive: Great view to the bush and gully which are literally at the door. Bed was very comfortable and the heat pump effective at warming the apartment in the middle of a Hamilton winter. Location is great if attending an event at Claudelands - only a 3- 4 minute drive away.
