Positive: The ladies will understand…I needed a flat iron for my hair. Couldn’t find one anywhere in our travels to Reggio and Sicily. I asked the concierge at Gullo. Not only did she find a place for me to purchase one, she investigated to make sure there was a variety and gave me a hard copy of the directions because for some request because for some reason she was unable to send them to me. Dedication to her job to ensure the customer is always happy. See you again my friends at Gullo!

Positive: A lovely hotel with good facilities and friendly attentove staff, breakfast was exstensive.

Negative: The view from our room looked over a working farmyard with various machinery being worked on and a mix up with taxi meant we paid 40 euros rather than the quote 15 euros for a 9min journey
