Summary: The property fit our family dynamic to a tee. Two of our children, who are married, have children of their own so they each had a private floor where they could chill for a bit when the little ones needed rest time. Our other two married children are childless and we all had a floor to ourselves. We utilized the second floor as the main hub for all our family activities. Upon departure, each family unit voted to do it again next year.

Summary: I absolutely LOVED this house. I had always dreamed of having a beach wedding, and this was the perfect place to have it. We live in Georgia and had family coming from Kansas and Michigan, so it was a destination wedding. The wedding was on the 5th of November. We had our ceremony close to the beach, and the reception at the bottom of the house. It was just amazing. Everything is so close by, Walmart, shopping outlets, chick fil a, restaurants, Home Depot. It is a peaceful community, the beach is very clean and private. We had a little issue with the elevator but management was very helpful and fixed it. am very thankful to the management, they were very sweet and helpful! Overall it was an amazing experience, I would definitely recommend this house!
