Summary: Great trip for our family of 23, which is not easy to pull off. The property appeared in need of repairs/updates that pictures did not reveal. It did not take away from our experience at all, just some things were different than pictured. Great people to deal with :)

Summary: This home was big enough for our group of 18 and served its purpose, but is in need of some serious improvements. There are broken tiles everywhere, it did not come with basic items and we had to buy a broom, hand soap, and dish soap and replace light bulbs. The back door is rusted out and there were screws in the decking that were sticking out. One of the upstairs bathrooms leaks and the whole floor feels like it’s ready to fall thru. The floor is unlevel, the whole upstairs shakes, there were broken blinds throughout (had to buy sheet to cover window)and the handrail inside is wobbly and unsafe to use. We enjoyed our stay, but would not choose this house again.

Summary: The house was huge, soooo accommodating with numerous bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, 2 dens with TVs in all! The location to the beach was perfection, literally 10 steps! The only negative was it needs some TLC, more detail to cleanliness! Thank you!

Summary: The house is very very nice and right on the beach! The house is clean well stocked and probably the nicest house and all the Fort Morgan! Our group has 14 folks: six adults and eight ranging in age of 19 to 22. The house fit us perfectly and we plan on being back next year!
