Summary: Condo was absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect! For our family with small children, having the patio with direct access to the pool was so so convenient. Cleanliness could use some work. There was random hair on the floor and in one of the beds. Many towels had stains. The floor wasn’t super clean and the cupboards were dirty. The freezer handle was falling off and the dresser in the bunk room was messing a leg, making it a bit of a safety hazard, especially being in a room designated for kids. The “heated” pool didn’t really seem heated and one of the pools was closed the evening we arrived. The hot tub was not hot at first, then the heater was fixed but the jets weren’t working. They did eventually fix these issues! Communication with the management company was easy. Despite the issues, we would absolutely stay again!

Summary: Beautiful unit! Love the whole set up and had plenty of room for our party of 11. Have stayed in Fort Walton Beach for 5 years and another unit in Blu, one of the years. This is the best overall experience! A/C wasn’t kicking in the night we got there and we reached out and got an immediate response and they had it fixed the very next morning. Very convenient walk out to the pool and gorgeous beach. We will be back!

Summary: We loved how spacious the condo is and the immediate access to the pool was nice. The beds are very uncomfortable for the price, the dryer is slow as well as the oven. There are not many kitchen appliances, pans, Tupperware, etc. Also no dust pan to sweep up sand but overall a decent condo.

Summary: The unit was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, excellent water pressure, big bathrooms, walk out to pool and beach, one of the best places we have stayed. Just FYI...you are not allowed to have anything but bottled water at the pool. You can't have your own cup of any kind, even if it is filled with water. We thought that was a little extreme. The security guy said it was a state regulation but this is the only place I've ever stayed at that said that and we stay in Florida several times a year. It was not a deal breaker by any means because the place is incredible. You get two chairs and an umbrella on the beach and got yelled at for trying to put down our own umbrella. A little silly but again, the place was 100% worth the little irritations. You will not be disappointed.

Summary: The unit was great. The property manager is pretty strict about things and seems to be everywhere. Nothing too crazy but he was very much hovering all day every day. Overall the unit and property is beautiful. Great for our stay and it was awesome for children as well as those who have a hard time getting around.

Summary: Loved our stay at this condo. We had a view, pool right outside our door with a place to relax that was semi-private. The beach had easy access from our condo on the 1st floor. Everything was so convenient for us and our 3 special needs adults that we take care of.

Summary: Stayed here for a family vacation and had a great time! 2 kids and 6 adults (including great grandma) enjoyed our stay! Plenty of space for everyone, clean, and very easy access to the beautiful beach. Having direct patio access to the two huge pools was great and we especially enjoyed that one pool was heated for our stay in late April. Beach chair service was very convenient and the property was very well maintained. We can’t wait to go back!

Summary: Great condominium on bottom floor makes it so convenient with little ones. Ocean was a little cool still so we spent time in pool- would have been nice if heated pool was a little warmer. Plenty of room for everyone. Only cons- we needed more than 6 washcloths and it was inconvenient to only have 2 parking spaces on sight - for a condo that sleeps that many.
