Positive: The flat is really lovely and clean and the host is really helpful and always available if we needed anything. It was really nice of him to recommended some restaurants and supermarkets in the near area which was really helpful. The kitchen was well equipped and it comes in handy if you're staying a longer period of time.

Negative: Although the bus/metro station is at 5 minutes distance, the city center is at 40 minutes distance and this might not be very convenient if you're planning to stay a short period of time. However, the train station is also at 5 minutes distance and this is really helpful in case you want to visit surrounding cities such as Sintra.

Positive: Exceptionally clean. So clean Communication and support was outstanding. Professional. Welcoming and helpful. Nice little touches in thd apartment. A coffee capsule machine. Some lively crackers and a bowl of lollies. Well equipped full kitchen. Lounge was lovely. Awesome little balcony. Beautiful barroom. Outstanding. Close to amenities. Mini Mary’s and the train. A little out of the city. Which meant a holiday within a holiday.

Negative: Thd property was awesome Neighbourhood was safe. There was even a Subway!! And due to lack of vegan options in the area, including the mini marts , a saving grace

Positive: The apartment is fully equipped, it has every appliance you will ever want during your stay. The proximity to the Moscavide metro and Oriente train station is also a very big plus. Pedro is a really friendly host and we truly felt at home in this apartment. Can’t recommend it enough!

Positive: The location is perfect. 10 min walk from the metro which is convenient to and from the airport. And also the bus station for the 728 bus which goes to the Estação Oriente. We had some work at the Justiça offices and it is a 14-20 min walk. And a little further from there the Vasco da Gama mall opposite the Estação Oriente.

Negative: The apartment is well equipped for a short term rental or even a semi long term. The only downside is there is no elevator. But that allows you to travel light.

Summary: Brilliant hosts. I cannot state how amazing, kind and generous Paolo and Paula are.

Positive: No need to look at other properties - this is where you want to stay in Lisbon! The apartment was very clean, in a quiet residential neighborhood, and Pedro's communication was fantastic. It was easy to collect the keys and the apartment is a short walk from a metro station, a train station, and an even shorter walk to a few bus lines. There are several mini-marts in the neighborhood and a larger grocery store just a 2-minute walk away. The apartment was equipped with everything needed - plenty of kitchen utensils and pots and pans, toiletry items for anything you forgot to pack, and clear instructions on operating the appliances, TV and air conditioners.

Negative: There is nothing negative!

Positive: The neighborhood is absolutely wonderful for those who like real, non fake, non touristy, city areas. A real pearl of Lisbon, close to many things and easily accessible to others by metro. The apartment is absolutely comfortable, clean, well equipped. The host is very communicative and helpful.

Negative: Very minor detail: the keys to the main door were a little difficult to understand. But, once understood, all went well .

Positive: We arrived from our Spanish home after a fraught trip and phones wouldn't work so we missed the personal greeting but managed to make a phone call on a neighbour's phone and were given the instruction to get the keys. Our first impressions on entering the property was how clean and welcoming it was. The Host Pedro could not do enough to make our stay comfortable. He had left a welcome bottle of Red wine and some tea bags, crackers and butter. It was equipped with all you could need for a stay in an apartment. I did miss having a pair of scissors tho! I know there was one in the first aid box but I personally would have one in the kitchen drawer. The bed was clean, comfortable and cosy. It was a lovely place to stay in. I would certainly recommend it. Some places have a 'feel' about them and for me, this was one of those places. I don't normally give a 10 as I think there is always room for improvement, but in this case I feel it is well deserved.

Negative: I can't think of anything that we didn't like. OK, it was not a central location with things to do around you but we booked mainly for proximity to Altice Arena, which was in easy distance on the metro, and where my Brother and wife were staying, again easy access on the metro. There may well have been things to do in the area but our itinerary was full so we didn't get too much chance to explore.

Summary: If you wish to stay in a place that feels like home - then this is the place to come to!
