Positive: Location, very well connected by public transport. There is a Denner and a bakery in the same building. Self-service laundry on each floor. Staff makes an effort to help out.

Negative: Incorrectly labeled as having air conditioner. It does not have any air conditioning. I was told on moving in that it is passive cooling, water stored in the ground or something. But staff helped us with a table fan. With this fan, we were comfortable. During hot week of 32-33 degrees inside temperature came up to 25.9 maximum on one day. It was initially particularly hard because we were coming from winter in Melbourne, Australia.

Summary: With the table fan keeping us comfortable, we throughly enjoyed our stay. Felt more at home than a hotel. Would probably

Positive: Super Convenient location with supermarket and bakery next door. Spacious apartment and very comfortable bed. Elevator was very helpful and close proximity to the bus stop. Staff was very helpful.

Negative: A toaster and toiletries would have been great.

Positive: The location was perfect. Quiet but close to the tram to get to the city and from/to the airport. Easy access to keys on arrival with clear instructions. The apartment was small, but comfortable for two and had almost everything we needed. The Denners store and the bakery on the ground floor were also invaluable.

Negative: Misleading pictures/details - we chose this apartment because it was advertised with Air conditioning and showed a jacuzzi on the pictures for the studio apartment. The Jacuzzis are only available in the penthouse apartments with separate bedrooms, apparently and the air con was turned off for energy saving. The towel rail is also turned off, making it hard to dry towels to use them a second time. The apartment would benefit from USB charging points, as continental adapters aren't compatible with the Swiss system, so charging phones was a challenge. The beds were a bit hard and having only a thin single pillow added to the discomfort, but we used the sofa cushions to overcome this.

Positive: The staff was very helpful and the concept of this acommodation worked perfectly for us. The whole apartment is cleaned weekly, and we got plenty of fresh towels, teatowels, and fresh sheets. The housemaids were very efficient and thorough. The kitchen is well equipped (cooker, fridge, coffee maker, but no kettle though), shopping for food is very easy, there's a supermarket and bakery literally next door. Just bring your own shower products, everything else is provided. Our apartment was on the first floor and had a lovely, spacious terrace into the backyard - very quiet, must be lovely in summer. No noise from traffic at all. Comfortable furniture, enough space for everything, perfect for business stays as well - stable WiFi and a large desk for work. Great location for public transport, and straight connection to Oerlikon train station (and the airport).

Positive: Place was really clean and seemed relatively new! Location may seem a little remote but it felt very safe and for girls that came back in midnight, we didn’t feel any danger. Also, a really great plus point was the tram and bus station that was just right in front of the property which brought us to the main station and city center of Zurich conveniently. There was also a cafe and super mart right beside the property. Overall, great place with great facilities and location!
