Positive: Spacious, great location near center of action but just out of way on less frequented side street.

Negative: No wifi for first few days and it was difficult to communicate about it although support was very polite. Toilet loose in bathroom and shower didn’t drain well. Sub-par towels for such a nice apartment. Not cleaned perfectly.

Summary: Nice place, would stay again, but with correctable imperfections.

Positive: The apartment is spacious and is in good location.

Negative: There were several issues during our stay. First, we arrived a couple of hours early on a transatlantic flight and called the property asking if it was possible to check in early. We were told that it was possible and we'll be sent the code. The code was only sent 2 hours later at their check in time. Second, the wifi did not work throughout our stay. We spent our entire stay exchanging messages back and forth with the management and the wifi was still not fixed. Third, the shower is tricky and was flooding every time we used it. Lastly, there was a homeless person sleeping less than 10 ft from the window which made it uncomfortable to open windows.

Summary: The location and property are good but the issues above negatively impacted our stay

Positive: Location was excellent! Close to so many attractions. Tram 28 is right beside the property. Short walk to Pink Street, Santa Justa Elevator & numerous restaurants, supermarkets & wine bars. Large accommodation which is spacious. Good kitchen facilities, washing machine, air con & 2 bathrooms. If it wasn’t for the poor communication from agents & the non working Wi-Fi & TV this could be a 10/10. This was our 13th accommodation in 5 weeks of our European holiday & almost every other property we rated 9 or 10.

Negative: Communication with hosts was poor. Was originally listed as a Joivy property but seems to be listed as something else now. Delayed response multiple times. Email contact in the Property manual incorrect. Wi-Fi could not be accessed. TV in the property, old & did not work. Such a shame as with a little more TLC & better communication from hosts this property could be absolutely amazing.

Summary: Fabulous location & spacious apartment but make sure issues listed are rectified

Positive: The booking.com staff in Lisbon were incredibly helpful. Can’t speak highly enough of them. The apartment itself was gorgeous, with great facilities.

Negative: One or two homeless guys were situated outside the apartment but they were harmless. Just sad seeing it.

Summary: A1 location, close to the action, beautiful apartment, would recommend.
