Positive: Please know that I was very pleased with the location away from the crowds. The building was great, apartment size was perfect, it nice being apart of the community, neighbors were also very kind. I appreciated being a block from the metro, and the bus stop was across from the building. I felt very safe walking in the community, even at night.

Negative: Several concerns... one key/fob to share between 2 guests!!! The bathroom really needs work, no shower curtain!! Had to call and have one installed. The old, dirty shower curtain was stuffed in a bag and placed in the closet, prior to our arrival. Vent in the bathroom was filled with dust. Long cable behind the door in bedroom, very concerning if there were children!!! Apartment was very generic, no air conditioner or fan, glad hot weather was over. This would be a great apartment, if the owners invested a little more into the property. Also, I'm sure that anyone renting this property would love, love, love to have a microwave!

Summary: I cannot say that I would return to this apartment, but I loved the area.

Positive: Very nice apartment, recently renovated, comfortable for our family of 5. We had a car and could park on the non asfalt zones for free (sand zones)
