Positive: A genuine French apartment with a Parisian atmosphere. Everything necessary for a comfortable stay was provided. Comfortable mattress and pillows. An additional advantage was that the owner/agency was always available and responded promptly to inquiries.

Positive: Very nice, clean and bright apartment, well situated and few minutes walking from the metro station Porte de Bagnolet, or Gambetta a bit more far. A beautiful balcony and a nice view improve the place.

Negative: Unfortunately, the bed in the main bedroom is not a double bed, but two twins single beds close to each other. Not a great experience for a couple and this was not explicitly mentioned in the announcement, which could be a factor for not choosing this booking sometimes and it would have been our case. Senseo coffee machine in the kitchen but not even a single cheap pad of coffee available to welcome the guests. For the price we paid, it wouldn't be a big effort for the host to offer a coffee in the morning to sip in the balcony. Bring your own if you have or buy if you don't want to wake up without coffee. Cheap impression about that. The check-in and check-out process is a bit annoying. You will have to walk around 5-6 minutes to a shop, always very busy with many customers, to retrieve and drop your keys when you leave. Not really a comfortable, quick and stress-free procedure to go through, especially if you are in a rush. Not the best experience overall. It's a pity because the apartment is really nice.

Positive: Beautiful apartment, much more spacious than the pictures show. Wonderful decor, well equipped. Very hot outside but managed to stay cool dude to shutters. I loved watering the plants and enjoying the balcony. Extremely clean and fresh. Great location for fresh fruit, drinks, walks into the centre. Lift worked well. Just an absolute gem!

Negative: Couldn't work out the stove but it simply meant going to o local bistro!

Summary: Wonderful taste of authentic Parisian life in a great place

Negative: Facilities was not upto mark. Kitchen utensils was old and most of them were partially broken or had cracks in it.
