Positive: Wonderful place, cozy and easy to understand. It was perfect for our family for four nights. We loved the residential environment and how easy it was to get to the center by tram. Highly recommended.

Positive: The location was really good, apparently in the more affluent part of Dublin. Quiet and beautiful. The accommodation was clean. It had games for entertainment and access to Netflix. The kitchen is well equipped, rooms are of decent sizes. Close proximity to shops, trams and 20mins to Dublin Airport.

Negative: We didn't have hot water to bath until the day the last day. We reported it but only a temporary solution was made and the next occupier probably wont have hot water as the owner asked me to switch of the device when we leave. I know someone was moving in the day we left. It must be hard maintaining an accommodation with multiple users. There was a hole in the wall in the third room. The furniture in the room was outdated. There were also unwanted food items left over in the freezer probably from the previous occupier.

Positive: A very quiet location. The house was well-equipped with all we need during our stay. Communication with the host was very easy.

Negative: Due to work, I stay in at least 3-4 accommodations monthly. The deposit is unusual in general, 500 Euro to put on hold for a couple of weeks is nonsense. For example, Campanile Hotel requests authorization for 1 (one) Euro or Pound Sterling, and if any damages are done to the property they can charge the entire damage costs. Only 1 Euro stay on hold, not 500 Euro.
