Positive: The beds were comfy and we had warm water

Negative: The cutlery and glasses inside the room were already filthy and we had no view of the mountain as it said on the description of the room

Summary: Our stay was pleasant overall, since we went outside a lot, cause the location was perfect

Positive: The mattresses are OK.The view is splendid and the location of the room is perfect to explore the surrounding areas/nearby villages!

Negative: Surprisingly,I realized (after coming back from swimming) there was no shower gel/shampoo and I had to buy 1 big bottle respectively from a shop. Moreover,I was awake from 5.30 every morning because of the noise of the bread machine as there is a bakery at the ground floor. I also wanted to make myself greek coffee but the canister was containing only traces of it. The staff didn't come to change our bedsheets and towels .After taking a shower, the bath mat and the floor were completely soaked and it was very slippery as the shower level is too low(I even thought to ask for a mop to clean the bathroom myself as the services are non existable).The fridge was completely empty(I expected to find at least a bottle of cold water after travelling 4 hours to arrive to my destination in the middle of a heatwave)so I had to go out immediately to get ourselves some water.We used the little lamp over the beds once and then the bulb went out of order...
