Positive: Well located. Nice historical area. Close by walking to center. No ZLT in this neighborhood. Private parking place available. But you need to ask for in advance. Nice 3 bedrooms. One double and 2 singles. Modern design. AC is working. Information to get in are good. Easy.

Negative: Kitchen is not fully furnished. No towels available to dry off. So you must bring in your necessary. It is a detail but important. It helps to keep clean the kitchen ware and the kitchen. No coffee cap , fridge is small and not closing well. No meeting with owner who lives next door. Just exchanges WhatsApp with concierge service : cleanBnB. Ok and prompted communication so, but not as nice as direct contact.

Summary: Good area to stay. Just make sure you bring extra stuff for kitchen and toilets papers.

Positive: The location is great. Also the house is very cute and modern. Since there were 4 of us, it is great that there are 2 bathrooms. Beds are very comfortable, and everything is well equipped. The garden is also very beautiful. Check-in was easy, and we really enjoyed our stay. Internet is super fast.

Negative: It was very cold inside and we couldn't set the higher temperature. Also, I didn't like that they didn't provide capsules for the dishwasher or the dish wash liquid and only one toilet paper roll per bathroom for 4 persons for a 5-day stay. But we bought that later.

Positive: The location is perfect for walking in and out of the centre of lovely Parma. We were met at the house and provided with essential info for the house, but also had immediate responses to small questions that we had about the property. The air conditioning was a bonus as despite traveling in October, Parma was very warm. The house was clean, comfortable and quiet. A persimmon tree with mature fruit in the garden was a real treat. Private parking was available and accessible.
