Positive: Quiet. Had a nice sleep for the price. That was fair. Two double bed rooms. For me as one person. Kitchen ette. Hall way smells like pee. I would recommend to go there for ONE reason. Low price for location. I had a quiet sleep. Price was same almost of a hostel. Where there were six people in bunk beds same little room. If you are on a budget. Want to sleep down town. Easy access to TTC and Union station. It is good enough.

Negative: No reception. Only cell calls. To get door codes. It is a quiet sleep in a good enough location to be down town Toronto. You get what you pay for. I paid $80. Booking.com. It was good enough for that price. I am a single male back packer/ Do not take a woman there to impress her of Toronto. LOL.

Summary: I got my dollar value. I thank them of that.
