Positive: The staff were attentive and helpful. The guesthouse was spotless throughout (cleaned daily) and our 2x twin beds room was specious. The shared kitchen/dining area was great and had everything we needed. We also liked the location, fairly close to Nippori Station, very close to Fabric Town, has a laundromat and multiple convenience stores nearby. The local bakery was also a highlight (Totoro pastries!) and we went there most mornings (it seems to be closed on Mondays). Highly recommended.

Negative: I'm a light sleeper and found the noise travelling easily from outside.

Positive: EXCELLENT RYOKAN; from the moment you arrive to the minute you leave all of the team here are incredibly helpful. The entire ryokan is super clean, tidy, well organised and quiet with excellent rooms and a sitting/lounge area. Their futons are really comfortable and nice pillows. It feels safe and secure and being at Nippori Station is totally perfect for getting anywhere in Tokyo. It is a 10 minute easy walk to the station. You can take the Narita Skyliner Train directly to Nippori Station as well. The team recommended excellent restaurants as well. There is an awesome bakery 2 minutes away for breakfast sweet and savory. We will definitely be back. It was perfect. The team were so kind.

Positive: The staff were super friendly and accommodating! Cleaned our rooms everyday for the 6 days we stayed, the common space was nice, and the rooms were comfortable, and the location is nice and close to the train station, easy to get around with lots of small restaurants near by too!

Positive: The staff were very helpful and friendly! The facilities, communal room and room was clean and kept very well. The communal room had ice coffee, coffee, latte, microwave, cups, plates and utensils.

Negative: Unfortunately, the room was a bit small, however, we understand that room size is usually limited in Japan.
