Perfect for guests, the quaint guest house features reclaimed wide plank floors, solid wood beams, 1 to 2 bedrooms, 1 full & 1 half baths and a laundry. Open concept living area is rustic yet elegant. The retro chic kitchen features marble counters, paneled Subzero refrigerator, & an original Chambers range. The main bath features marble tile shower & walnut tiled floors. Solid walnut barn doors open to a bedroom with walk-in closet & cozy 2nd bedroom attached.
please note** Should primary house be rented by other guests, the area around the primary house is off limits to guest house guests. In order to keep guests experiences private, the area behind primary house would include the patio over the river. If you have questions, please ask.
There is a metro park that is a 2 min drive from the property that walks along river into town. In town you will find cute shops, restaurants, ice cream store, and a candy/popcorn shop among other things. Summary: This property feels so much like you’re far away from everything but you are close to everything! The peaceful setting and surroundings made for a great stay. The property scenery and Rocky River make it feel like you’re far removed from the city but you really aren’t. It was a very nice, clean property and we will definitely stay there again! 5 stars for sure!

Summary: It's hard to believe you are so close to the airport and the city when you stay here. The property is beautiful with lots of trees and a brook. The house itself is gorgeous, spotlessly clean, and exactly as pictured in the listing. Everything in it is made from very high quality materials. Checking in is simple and everything about the place is very warm and inviting. Would definitely choose to stay here again, very good value for the money and so much upscale rustic personality to it. Book this one with confidence, it's a great place to stay.

Summary: If you're considering getting away to rest and relax, this is the perfect location! Such a beautiful home that gave us plenty of time to unwind and be at peace. The host is fantastic and so kind, he was very accommodating to us. The day of our wedding, we were wanting to take our first look photos at his guest home, and he was so generous and offered us to let us use his main home with the gorgeous mantle and window view along with using his outdoor backyard space. I can't wait to see those photos get returned, I know they'll be breathtaking!
