The guest house is located about 50 yards below our main residence, with a large deck and a plunge pool, offering complete privacy.

Summary: Peter's property is quite upscale for a 1 bedroom house and the view is wonderful. Close to Roadtown but out of view. Very private. Though we had some warm days we enjoyed the breeze and never used the A/C. Loved the plunge pool and outdoor shower. Very accomodating host!

Summary: Great property. Would definitely stay again. The property is on a steep hill and 4 WD or AWD is REQUIRED. We enjoyed the view and plunge pool daily. Excellent place to stay.

Summary: Everything as advertised….even the steep driveway. Peter was kind enough to show us how to approach getting up the drive the first time. After a few times ourselves, we were pros. The view was amazing. I loved watching the cruise ships coming in every morning and then seeing them leave at night. Nice central location to getting anywhere. It was also very convenient for catching all the ferries you can take to other islands. We didn’t have any problems anywhere during our trip but my wife really liked that the home had a gate.

Summary: Peter and Denise were lovely hosts, making sure we were comfortable upon arrival and during our stay. They were always available to answer any questions or recommendations we had. The location is gorgeous in a quiet neighborhood, overlooking Sir Francis Drake Channel with Peter Island and Norman Island in the background. Absolutely breathtaking. Wonderful directions to the house are provided prior to arrival. You will definitely need a 4x4 vehicle due to the steep inclines to the property...plus when exploring the island. The property was perfect for my husband and I....one bedroom house with full kitchen, grill, deck for relaxing and private pool. For a couple's getaway, we would highly recommend this property.
