Positive: The apartment was cosy, well-equipped, exceptionally clean, and the location was perfect for our trips around Florence. It is located in a nice, quiet area, about 20-30 minutes (by bus) from the main attractions. The contact with the owner was great and straightforward. Kinga helped us get seamlessly to the apartment, by providing the information about the best tram and bus connections. The tiny details made us feel like at home. I recommend booking the property there. If I come to Florence again, I will stay here for sure again.

Negative: The stay was perfect; there was nothing we did not like.

Negative: Sound isolation is not amazing.

Positive: Kinga Guest House is located away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Florence, yet it's easily accessible by bus from the city center. There's a good restaurant, as well as a gelateria, only 2 minutes away, and so is the bus stop. The supermarket is only slightly farther than the gelateria if you need anything. The host is very helpful and the place is really spacious. I highly recommend it whether your stay is long or short.
