Positive: The location was good and having a balcony was a bonus, because without that sitting down to have a cup of tea or some breakfast cereal would have been quite tricky.

Negative: There was only one chair to sit on so for a couple it was a bit tricky. Everything was also very low to the ground - low side tables, low fridge - and also not very much room for two suitcases !

Summary: Location and scenery were exceptional and convenient place fromwhich to visit the Plitvice Lakes

Positive: Very nice hostess /owner whom waited for us outside. We arrived late at night, so we stayed for about 12 hours. Great location, quite when you shut the door, but when you open the door to the balcony, you hear the sound of the waterfall/river. Loveddd this. And the view is amazing. We can defenitely recommend Buk house!

Positive: 2 minute walk to the waterfalls in Rastoke with nice restaurants. The location of the apartment was also incredibly peaceful. The apartment itself was perfect for a few nights stay, identical to pictures and extremely clean. Ivana and her husband were incredible hosts and went out of their way to pick us up from the bus station when we arrived, even insisting to drop us back. They were so lovely and recommended lots of places to eat and things to see. Thank you both for being such amazing hosts in such a nice location and property. I would highly recommend visiting this area and if you do, staying in their apartment.
