Positive: Outstanding communication with hosts. Instant response and very helpful and kind. 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds. 2 good showers and spacious bathrooms.

Negative: Location a little far from the Gondola. Across and down the road. I should have seen that on the map but I didn't. My fault.

Summary: We had a great time at the Condo!

Positive: The view from the apartment which could be seen from the living room (and balcony) as well as one of the upstairs bedrooms was unparalleled! We had plenty of room for our family of three. The Twins is near the T-bar lift that goes to one of the green slopes. The Twins is the furthest away from the main Gondola lift/restaurants/rentals, etc. (about a 10-minute walk). The unit and building were clean and, overall we enjoyed our stay!

Negative: Our unit was lacking any bath mats. We would have appreciated at least the towel-style bath mat as our bathroom floors got quite wet. Proper bath mats were in our friend's unit with the same company. I would also recommend adding a bit more to the kitchenette in the Twins. Had we wished to cook it would have been difficult with only one pot (no pan) and no basics such as oil, salt, and pepper (again available in our friend's unit). Unfortunately, we found the beds very uncomfortable. The twin (we did not use) in one room was a very comfy memory foam mattress, perhaps the other beds could be upgraded. Finally, we could not find a thermostat in our unit and it was uncomfortably hot for us at night to sleep. We ended up opening the window upstairs and keeping all the bedroom doors open to receive the cool air. That is incredibly wasteful of energy. We would have preferred to just turn down the thermostat. It was just those few things that took away from an otherwise beautiful apartment.

Positive: Generally the property is for more people as we were. We booked it for 5 people but finally were 3 only. As we are good friends and colleagues, for 3 people this option was perfect. Everyone had their own bedroom. Also two bathrooms - one in each floor was good enough. Living room and kitchen corner was great enough for breakfast and some vine evenings. At first we thought that apartment is far from the center and the lifts, but in fact it was perfect distance - no more than 7 - 10 minutes to walk. New Gudauri is a small village and everything is easily reachable on foot. But - and what is important - we were not disturbed by the noise of night life, we also didn't hear the neighbors (something our colleagues in other accommodations complained about). There was a beautiful view from the window. Very prompt and constructive communication with the manager. As a summary - we liked everything very much! Thank You!

Negative: Not many things to improve. Unfortunately, none of the hair dryers in the two bathrooms worked. The toilet on the first floor had problems with ventilation, an unpleasant smell was felt time by time. You have to take into account that the large windows are on the sunny side and the apartments get very hot during the day. it is easy to regulate with an open window, but in one of the bedrooms with a French window it was impossible to open the window, it was very hot there in the afternoon when we came back from the mountain. If the apartment is used for 5 or even 6 people, as it is proposed, there would be no space in the ski locker. Very steep stairs to the bedrooms, probably something to consider if traveling with young children.

Summary: Perfect accommodation if you go to enjoy the mountains with a small group of friends

Positive: The location is the best and definitely a big plus for choosing this accommodation. We are also a family with 3 kids, the apartment has 3 bedrooms and some cooking facilities, which allows cooking light meals and preparing food for kids. The apartment has a fireplace, this adds more charm to the snowing atmosphere and keeps the house warm.

Negative: We faced challenges during our one week stay: - First night the heating system stopped at night, it was heavy snow and suddenly the house turned into freezing cold. I had to complain as kids and myself were suffering. They sent us electrice heaters to pass the night. - second day, water stopped! For about 5 hours we had no water in the apartment, the person in charge solved it immediately and we got water immediately after notifying him. - hot water stopped, kids couldn't even wash their hands, the same way I had to complain to the person in charge and we got hot water right after! - fireplace: we asked for help to turn it on, during the heating system stop. We didn't get any help and had to walk all the way to the grocery shop to get a lighter to start the fire. It was one difficult journey to Spare in the heavy snow, yet we ended us not being able to start the fire as we didn't have the right guidance or help. Out last night, we finally managed to do it ourselves and it was a great achievement:) Overall, the snow adds more challenges arriving and leaving the apartment but you have to know that you are literally on your own to get through those challenges and you need to keep escalating and asking and notifying.
