Summary: What a beautifully tropical and tranquil oasis when u walk in. The suites are huge and imminently restful. Loved the luxury of the hammered copper soaking tub. The drain leaked once but the staff fixed it asap. Their included breakfast service is really nice. Protip: exit the property and go left down Comitan street until you come upon the hundreds of permanent stalls selling local products. Enjoy!

Summary: My stay at Guayaba was absolutely wonderful. The garden and rooms are beautiful ~ elegant, clean, tranquil. The perfect spot to feel at home in San Crist and within walking distance to everything. Breakfast is delicious and the staff is extremely helpful and welcoming. Fabulous experience!

Summary: Fabulous girls’ trip to San Cristóbal de Las Casas, and our stay at Guayaba Inn made it even better. Everyone was wonderful. They helped us organize tours and reserve drivers, schedule a massage on site (that we highly recommend), and provided a yummy and filling breakfast every morning. A quick note for light sleepers since I am one, the room at the back of the property is against the street so request an interior room or be sure to bring earplugs.
