Positive: So many things to love - rooms are beautiful and feel luxurious. Centrally located - right next to Grandview mall (huge huge shopping centre full of food, Aquariam, rides and games for kids, shopping for the adults). Also a close 10 min walk to Tiyu Xilu station which is on the same train line as the airport and chimelong safari park (super recommend for kids, so many animals to feed). Theres also two other large shopping centres right next to Grandview which we didn’t have time to explore. The hotel staff were all really nice as well. On the first day I was having trouble getting my WeChat/alipay working and Martin at the lobby kindly fronted my taxi fare. And on separate occasions the staff at the concierge patiently helped me navigate verifying my passport and answering my silly questions. Need to also rave about the buffet breakfast. So much variety, food was delicious and it was only $20AUDpp. Ridiculous value for money. Love love loved our stay. Would definitely be back here on my next trip back to the city

Positive: The suite room is nice and clean. Our girl enjoyed her Dino bed with slide. There is kids' amenities, slippers, and bath robes. Bed is super comfy. Service staffs, house keeping team is great! Location is superb!

Positive: Location is perfect for shopping as the property is adjacent to wonderful malls with all shopping experience needs. I found a shop that sells musical instruments and bough one for my son. the resteurants are plenty. Room was excellent for work and rest has a nice work station. Breakfast had lots of options, I loved it. Dinner too was amazing in the hotel.

Negative: No qualms

Summary: This was my second time staying there and it was as good as the first time. The staff are superb.

Positive: Location is excellent. There are 2-3 metro stations within walking distance from the hotel. The room is spacious and equipped with everything I need. Breakfast has a wide range of choices of western and Chinese cuisine. What I like most is the swimming pool which is beautiful and has warm running water. Most commendable is that it opens til 11pm. Other hotels do not usually have the pool open til so late.

Negative: The TV sound volume remained to be very low and could not be adjusted

Summary: I was very happy with my one night stay with the hotel.
