Negative: I would have expected a lock on the toilet and bath room door. Otherwise things were fine

Positive: The freedom of not being stuck in the one room as we had the whole house. Grove House was extremely clean and comfortable

Positive: Clean on arrival.

Negative: Needs some care, broken lampshade main bedroom, no lampshade on landing bare light bulb. Mirror off wall. No lock on bathroom door. Recycling needs sorting, many items left from previous occupiers. No instant coffee, some ground coffee in cupboard but no coffee maker or cafetiere. Outside space was tidy but no seating.
