Positive: Walking distance (flat) of some very good pubs (Crown and Victoria) and of the railway station and the tram/bus interchange for travel into Nottingham City Centre (where we went for a gig). Quiet road although it does need repair. Although there is no breakfast option, Wetherspoons is also in walking distance. On site parking. Comfortable bed.

Negative: Parking/manouvering space would be very tight if you have a large car. Bathroom door didn't stay closed. While OK for us, some people may find the stairs too steep.

Positive: Good communication from Gareth before arrival. Nice, quiet location. Good to have a fridge in the room and access to shared kitchen area with microwave.

Negative: I have an SMax so found the parking quite tight. Stairs are quite steep.

Positive: Great location. 1 minute walk to the train station. 2 minutes to the centre of Beeston with big choice of restaurants/shops/bars. Very quiet. Clean and great value. Lovely welcome from Julie who was very kind and helpful. As were the owners when I stupidly managed to lock myself out in the freezing cold dressed only in my running kit. Gareth was away with his family but sent someone round with spare keys. Definitely use again. Thank you Julie and Gareth! ❤️
