Positive: Lovely old farmhouse run by an extremely friendly and generous couple. Choice of breakfasts were absolutely excellent and all in a very quiet tranquil setting. The highlight of my stay in England.

Negative: The half mile track from the road to the farm was a bit daunting first time I drove there, but my car was fine, and it was easy to find following my sat nav.

Positive: Breakfast well prepared, well served, prompt, delicious, plenty of it, good variety to choose from. Location a dream. Beautifully quiet. Hosts friendly, helpful without being intrusive, served tea and malt loaf, unexpectedly, each afternoon.

Positive: Everything - Penny and David are very friendly and accommodating hosts. Our room was comfortable with a good powerful shower in the ensuite. There is a large separate lounge for guests, leading on to the garden. Delicious breakfast. Loved the dogs and the family atmosphere. Superb view and surrounding countryside.
