Positive: Groudd Hall was simply spectacular. A fantastic, spacious house in a beautiful location. The hosts were especially helpful and the welcome pack was an added bonus. The younger members of our group enjoyed the Pool/Snooker table the most and spent a lot of time in the Hot Tub. The gardens we simply fantastic 10/10.

Negative: There was nothing to not like, Visitors do need to be aware that there's only a small village shop close by (walking distance),and a pub with variable opening hours, and that you'd need a car to explore, but we enjoyed using the house and the gardens, so welcomed the fact that the hall was quite isolated.

Summary: A wonderful house in a beautiful part of Wales.

Positive: We had a perfect stay at Groudd Hall. The cottage was beautifully decorated for Christmas, and it was fully equipped with all we needed. The beds were super comfy, and everything was carefully clean.

Positive: Fantastic property, spacious for an extended family trip & the hottub was lovely.

Negative: For days out you do need a car but this was an expected as we looked at the location before we booked.

Positive: Fantastic location, great views, lovely house and the facilities were excellent, lovely and warm on arrival, nice touch with the welcome basket, spent 4 nights here on a family getaway and enjoyed every minute of it, fantastic value for money and would be more than happy to return. The host was excellent and helped straight away with our enquiries.

Negative: Hot tub wasn't so hot on our first night but we made up for it and spent plenty of time in it over our stay, we were there in March, some outdoor heating would have been an extra bonus.

Positive: We loved the little touches for the babies. Kids plates, whole milk, blankets ect. Every room was lovely and equally as nice so there were no arguments over who was staying where. The welcome basket was lovely - and the house was lovely and warm when we arrived. We have already looked for more dates to re-book but this place is like gold dust!

Negative: The only thing we would have liked (if we were being super picky) Would have been a frying pan and possibly bigger towels.

Positive: everything from having a nice, clean, homely feel to it’s rural location, spaciousness, hot tub area, the play area for the children and the games room. the whole house was immaculate and furnished to a high standard.

Negative: a bbq would have been a nice addition especially as we had fabulous weather
