Positive: The staff were very friendly and tried to accommodate all my requests. The room was clean and very attractive, but I expected that for the price.

Negative: The hotel is located very far from the center and can only be reached easily by car

Positive: The staff were very, very lovely - letting us check in early after a disaster in the previous property. The pool was great, lovely bar and great service. Relaxing. Dinner at the restaurant was really good if a little pricey. Breakfast was a big amazing buffet. The only thing we weren't expecting was such a compact room - it was pretty small but clean, and the bathroom was a good size.

Negative: Small room with broken light but honestly, the positives of staying at this place outweighed this!

Summary: We would definitely recommend this hotel - great food, great staff, great service and amazing pool.

Positive: Everything in this hotel is perfect. From the amazing staff and owners. The rooms are very clean and well spaced out for privacy. The pools are spotless and we'll maintained along with a huge jacuzzi. The breakfast is always prepared fresh in the mornings with a great selection

Negative: I think.leaving the pool bar open a bit later would be nice as there are no other bars in the area and the bar man there is very good

Summary: Absolutely amazing place.we were do welcomed and taken care of by the staff. Can't wait to get back

Positive: Stayed here for 2 nights mid Sept on a 2 week tour of Puglia. Arrival at the hotel was a bit surprising as it's located right next to a main road, albeit not super busy, and the entrance roads are a bit 'back alley' until you get to the security gate which then allows you access to the hotel compound. Your trip from reception which is in the parking area takes you through what seems to be a run down/old area of the hotel before you get to the newly refurbished area where the pool, bar and overall facilities are modern and clean. We had the added bonus of staying in the stone Trulli you see on the main picture which was a surprise and a treat, really quirky and a very well done conversion which was very clean and had comfortable & quality feel to it. Breakfast was OK, you have the option to eat it outside under a covered area weather permitting, or in a breakfast room which is rather functional and feels quite budget versus 4 other places we stayed in at a similar price point. Good location for exploring around and overall a pleasant enough stay, not necessarily somewhere you'd want to be for days on end as nowhere to walk to and you feel quite enclosed, and traffic noise occasionally reminds you just where you're located

Positive: The breakfast was great They never ran out of Fresh croissants Location is very good if you’re travelling around the area to different beaches, cities and towns The staff were very helpful Very clean Loved the pools Great little poolside bar Sun loungers are super comfy Lots of shade around the pool too Loved the simple but stylish decor air con in the rooms was super quiet and efficient

Negative: Maybe milk on offer 🥛 in the breakfast room so we didn’t have to disturb the staff all the time And tea (as an option) The bunk bed in the quadruple room is only ideal for small children

Positive: The room was brand new, everything was made from quality pieces. The bed was super comfortable and bathroom was huge and clean. The pool is nice, but the bar was a disappointment as there was no food to buy in the afternoon, and the are no shops around. Minibar is available in the room and is very cheap.

Negative: The location was to far away, some parts off the resort are still under construction, with some little noise during the day.
