Positive: Volume of space large cool rooms the décor/ furniture very well though out it was tasteful and kept in character with the house. Peaceful miles from anyone that suites me and my partner but still connected very good internet. I would like to return .

Negative: Ok 1 simple request pop a clock into the property modern if needed however a grandfather or any old chiming clock. The sound of an old clock ticking away would have made it even more wonderful .

Positive: This little gem is tucked away and offers solitude with only the adorable passing Dorper sheep as a distraction. We stayed in the 1 bedroom cottage. The bed was huge, silent (no creaking) with beautiful bedding in a spacious bedroom. The bathroom had a good size shower and soft towels . The kitchen was immaculate with all one needs to prepare one's evening braai and farm breakfast. Firewood, fire lighters and braai utensils all ready and waiting. Welcoming Ina was there on our arrival and explained everything we needed to know. We went mountain biking along the roads in the area in the morning and vowed this will be our stop from now on, when on another self-catering road trip. Thank you !!! We had the most beautiful stay!
